Application Details

Thank you for your interest in one of our available units. To review your application with the landlord we require the following information (at minimum).

  • APPLICATION: A complete rental application on the proper form. (download the form here)

  • REFERENCES: Please provide references we can call to verify your information. Previous landlords preferred as references.

  • JOB LETTER: A letter from your employer confirming your employment status and wages. (Required for everyone who is named on the lease)

  • PROOF OF INCOME: Please include recent pay stub for current employment. T4 for previous years or tax returns.

  • CREDIT REPORT: Please include a current credit report from Equifax or TransUnion
